US stock futures are solidly higher in the premarket. Dow futures up 118 points, Nasdaq futures up 58 points, and S&P futures were up 16 points.
Asian stocks ended mixed in their session.

What About The Asian And European Markets?
Major Asian markets ended mixed today. Japan (Nikkei 225) gained 0.73%, Shanghai down 1.42%, Hong Kong (Hang Seng) fell 1.21%.
Major European markets also ended mixed. German (DAX) up 0.14%, France CAC 40 down 0.36%, London FTSE 100 down 0.49%.
Market And Sector Dynamics
Stocks opened the trading session higher, as indicated by the futures. The Dow gained 79 points, Nasdaq gained 64 points, and the S&P rose 15 points. WTI crude oil was also mildly higher at $70.46/barrel, and the US 10 Year held at 1.326%.
Stocks were unable to hold on to their earlier gains today, and sold off during the latter half of the session, and closed at the low of the day.
After a promising positive open, when the markets ended, all eleven S&P sectors closed with losses, led by Energy, Financials, Industrials, Basic Materials, Communication Services, Consumer Staples, Utilities, Real Estate, Consumer Discretionary, Technology, and Healthcare.
Factors Influencing Today's Market
At it's event today, Apple released new iPhones, iPads, and new Apple Watches. Shares of the company fell modestly in the session.
US 10 Year Bond closed at 1.284%, down 3.19%.
WTI crude oil ended the day at $70.75/barrel, up 0.43%.
Asian and European markets ended mixed in their trading sessions.
Market Close Volume Traded And Advance Decline Ratio
The three major indexes ended in negative territory at the end of today's session. The Dow lost 292.06 points, Nasdaq fell 67.82 points, and the S&P lost 25.68 points. Total NYSE volume traded, a light 4.05 billion shares. Advancing shares outpaced Declining shares by 2.18:1.
